Incident Context Copilot reads messages in channels you invite it to, so it can maintain a shared incident summary.
We store recent channel messages, the generated summary, your workspace install token, and the Anthropic API key you set with /setkey. Channel history is wiped when you close the incident with /incclose or after 6 hours of silence.
Summaries are generated by sending those messages to Anthropic using your key. We do not train models on your incidents. Feedback you send with /iccfeedback is read by a human.
